About Almlund Consulting
Ulrik Almlund has worked with IT procurement since 2008 and founded Almlund Consulting in 2022. Before that, Ulrik has worked in a number of major consultancies and in the government.
Ulrik has a deep understanding of IT markets, IT procurement and tendering processes, as well as a special interest in making optimizations in the business area.
Ulrik has mainly worked for clients in all parts of the public sector, energy and utilities, finance and pharmaceuticals.
Ulrik specializes in bridging the many disciplines that need to be involved in complex tenders and facilitating team collaboration to ensure progress in the process.
Ulrik has worked with all parts of the tendering and procurement processes, including strategy, market dialog, needs identification, requirements specification, preparation of tender documents and contracts, project management of major procurement projects, negotiations and contracting with a special focus on achieving the best possible business results.
